Recollect to Stretch



provide yourself a 5-minute minimum stretch with my huge spinal twist:
•Seated, pass your right leg over your left; right knee up
•pass your left arm over your right leg
•Rotate to the again
•preserve for two counts, then go back to start
•Repeat up to 4-6 times on one side
•Repeat different facet
