Groove those moves

As your stomach will increase, your middle of gravity shifts and a pose that become smooth at some point of your first trimester may also grow increasingly more hard. As your pregnancy progresses, your joints will start to loosen, increasing your chance for injury. Use blocks, non-slip mats, partitions, chairs or sturdy tables as greater assist.
