Mountain pose



This model of this famous pose perfects your posture to prevent neck stress and headaches. Stand together with your feet together, heels barely apart (widen your stance as your pregnancy progresses). allow your palms to drop along the perimeters of your body, hands dealing with ahead and open. Stand firmly into all areas of your toes and inhale as you circulate your shoulders again without lifting your fingers till you’re squeezing your shoulder blades. Exhale as you launch your breath as you loosen up your shoulders and return to middle.
