Salad dressings, BBQ sauce and Ketchup

Many condiments contain a lot of added sugar. The usual serving size for salad dressing is 2 tablespoons (the size of a ping pong ball), which may have up to 12 grams of sugar depending on the variety. for instance, vinaigrette has concerning ten grams of sugar per serving, and plenty of folks “drizzle” quite that quantity on a dish. BBQ sauce is another flavorer jam-choked with sugar, simply one tablespoon (the size of the tip of your thumb) give a walloping seven grams of sugar. catsup isn't far better, returning in at four grams per tablespoon.
