Break out the board games



Don’t spend the total day watching videos, reading e-books or enjoying games on a screen, however. Round up family or friends for an unplugged game of Scrabble, Monopoly or Clue. Playing board games is a low-key way to socialize face to face (link is external) — and that’s a powerful protector of emotional, cognitive and physical well-being.
