2016, sixteen cases of the Zika virus have been pronounced in Florida,
and five counties there have declared fitness emergencies because of it.

hot, humid climate places its 20 million residents at danger for the virus --
together with tens of millions greater vacationers.
"we're a nation that has the mosquitoes which can be

ahead of this," Gov. Rick Scott said.
